CAA is a U.S., non-profit Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) established to support the successful implementation of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) laws for paper and packaging.

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) has selected CAA to be the PRO that will coordinate, fund, and manage the statewide recycling system under Colorado’s EPR law for packaging, paper products, and food serviceware. CAA will deliver best-in-class compliance services and build systems that help both companies and consumers waste less and recycle more.
