As part of our efforts to develop a transparent and data-driven Covered Cost Methodology and Payment Mechanism under SB 54, Circular Action Alliance (CAA) is launching a data collection initiative to establish a 2022 baseline for local collection costs. This information will help determine how local jurisdictions will be compensated for net new and additional costs incurred due to SB 54 implementation.
