Understanding California Program Fees: A Public Webinar on CAA's Fee-Setting Approach

At Circular Action Alliance (CAA), we believe strong consultation begins with shared understanding.

As part of CAA's broader fee-setting consultation process, we invite producers and other interest holders to join a public webinar focused on CAA’s fee-setting approach and opportunities to engage with CAA’s California program plan comment period.

During this session, CAA will provide an overview of how fees are developed, the principles that guide fee-setting decisions and the factors that determine fee rates. We will also discuss California-specific topics, including the Plastic Pollution Mitigation Fund (PPMF), and share how producers and other interest holders can provide input during the California Program Plan public comment period.

The webinar is intended to support informed participation and help participants better understand California program fees within CAA's broader fee-setting consultation effort.
