Financials

CAA believes in being open about our financial information. Below, you'll find our financial reports and tax filings so you can see exactly how we manage and use our resources.

Every report is prepared and/or confirmed by independent auditors and follows standard U.S. accounting rules. This means our numbers are accurate, our books are reliable, and we're accountable to the producers we represent and the communities we serve.

State Annual Activity Reports

CAA develops and submits annual activity reports for each state program in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. These reports provide a transparent look at program implementation within each state, including key activities, program performance and financial information. Together, they offer a state-by-state view of how producer-funded EPR programs are being implemented and managed to meet the requirements of each law.

Audited Financial Statements

Audited financial statements provide a comprehensive review of the organization’s financial position, results of operations, and cash flows. These reports are prepared in accordance with U.S. generally accepted accounting principles and reviewed by an independent accounting firm.

IRS Form 990 Filings

IRS Form 990 is the federal tax filing required of nonprofit organizations. It provides detailed information about governance, revenue, expenses and organizational activities.
