In the first webinar, we will introduce users to the portal and provide timelines, processes, and information to help prepare for reporting and usage. Please note that a Service Provider is anyone who signs a contract with or receives funding from CAA.

These webinars are designed for local government and service provider end-users, focusing on Oregon’s E&O Portal functionality and usage. The first webinar will focus on onboarding, including creating an account, exploring the space, downloading static assets, accessing and verifying Community Profile information, and more. The second will focus on customizing collateral using dynamic templates.
