Minnesota Reporting Guidance

This guidance is based solely on Minnesota’s “Packaging Waste and Cost Reduction Act”, and helps producers determine if they are obligated for any material supplied in Minnesota. Producers should consider whether they supply any materials which fall within these definitions.
