Oregon Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Bonus A

This guidance outlines how producers that voluntarily evaluate and disclose Lifecycle Assessments (LCAs) of their covered product packaging and/or make impactful changes to the ways in which they produce, use, and market covered materials in Oregon may submit a LCA to CAA for a fee reduction.
This document is an LCA Bonus A Impact Assessment template provided to Oregon producers who wish to submit an LCA evaluation for consideration for CAA’s Bonus A incentive on eligible SKUs and SKU batches. This impact assessment template is recommended for use, but not mandatory, as any submission fulfilling the requirements outlined in the Oregon rules and CAA guidance will be accepted.
