Producer Guidance: Oregon Eco-Modulation Bonus A

This guidance outlines how producers that voluntarily evaluate and disclose Lifecycle Assessments (LCAs) of their covered product packaging and/or make impactful changes to the ways in which they produce, use, and market covered materials in Oregon may submit a LCA to CAA for a fee reduction.

This document is an LCA Project Report template provided to Oregon producers who wish to submit an LCA evaluation for consideration for CAA’s Bonus A incentive on eligible SKUs and SKU batches. This report template is recommended for use, but not mandatory, as any submission fulfilling the requirements outlined in the Oregon rules and CAA guidance will be accepted.
DEQ Bonus A Impact Assessment Form

DEQ has provided an LCA Bonus A Impact Assessment form for use by producers who wish to submit an LCA for consideration for CAA’s Bonus A incentive on eligible SKUs and SKU batches. This impact assessment template is recommended for use but is not mandatory. Any submission format that fulfils the requirement outlined in the Oregon rules and CAA guidance will be accepted.
Supply Weights Form: Oregon Eco-Modulation Bonuses

This Excel form is for producers to submit SKU weight data for purposes of Oregon bonus reporting. Use of this form is required to be eligible for the bonus, and when complete must be uploaded within the CAA Producer Portal.
