Oregon Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) Bonus A

This guidance outlines how producers that voluntarily evaluate and disclose Lifecycle Assessments (LCAs) of their covered product packaging and/or make impactful changes to the ways in which they produce, use, and market covered materials in Oregon may submit a LCA to CAA for a fee reduction.
