The first session of a four-part webinar series on Oregon’s new extended producer responsibility (EPR) law for packaging, paper, and food serviceware. It is focused on food serviceware. Hosted by the Product Stewardship Institute on behalf of the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and in partnership with Circular Action Alliance (CAA), this webinar aims to inform producers about their upcoming obligations under Oregon’s law, which has a start date of July 1, 2025.
