Colorado state signed House Bill 22-1355  into law in June 2022. This will require producers of packaging to cover  the cost of recycling across the state, which will include investment  in new infrastructure and development of end markets for recycled  materials.

As part of this process, the organizations  involved will be engaging with a wider range of stakeholders to  understand current service provision and to access data. This will be the second of two webinar dates to discuss the needs of the project.
