CAA will provide ad hoc meetings for Producers to hear about the progress being made through the EPR programs across the various states where Circular Action Alliance (CAA) is the selected Producer Responsibility Organization. In March we are going to provide an update on Source Reduction and Refill/Reuse in California. We will also be soliciting producers for information on reuse and refill that is currently underway or planned.
These Compliance Updates are only open to registered producers and their identified representatives. CAA may follow up with you to confirm the producer(s) you are representing. Any company that expects to be considered a covered producer under California, Colorado, and/or Oregon’s paper and packaging EPR laws, and which is not otherwise exempt from registration under those laws, must complete the Covered Producer Registration form as the first step in the producer registration process with CAA.
Sign-ups will close 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Producers who are not registered with CAA or signed up for the session by this deadline will not be admitted to the meeting.
