PWG participation is open to all producers registered with CAA, trade associations representing producers, and legal counsel to producers. CAA may follow up with you to confirm the producer/s you are representing. This meeting will not be recorded to encourage open discussion.

The Producer Working Group is a forum for information sharing and discussion among companies who expect to have producer obligations in one or multiple states with enacted EPR laws for packaging. Participation in CAA’s Producer Working Group (PWG) is open to all producers, trade associations representing producers, and legal counsel to producers. The May PWG will be the last one open to all producers. Beginning in June, only covered producers registered with CAA may participate.
